Mini Garlic Herb Monkey Bread

In just a few minutes, you can make this delicious Mini Garlic Herb Monkey Bread—and your family can enjoy fresh-baked bread at your holiday meal. Prepared biscuit dough makes it so easy!

I love cooking from scratch, but sometimes—especially during the busy holiday season—we all could use some shortcuts. Of course, we don't want to sacrifice quality, in the name of ease. That's where Immaculate Baking's organic biscuit dough comes in very handy!

Have you tried this prepared dough yet? If not, make sure you get this $1 OFF coupon and head to the store right away—it's that good. It has all the ease of standard prepared dough (in those fun containers that you twist and pop open) but it's organic. You can feel good about using this wholesome dough as the foundation for my semi-homemade Mini Garlic Herb Monkey Bread.

These individual pull-apart breads are easy and delicious—perfect for your
holiday dinner. All you need is a few ingredients and a few minutes!

Ingredients
yield: 12 mini Monkey Breads

  • 16 oz tube refrigerated Immaculate Baking Flaky Biscuits dough
  • 3 T salted butter, melted
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T grated Romano cheese (can substitute Parmesan)
  • 1 T fresh Italian parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 T fresh chives, minced
  • pinch or two of red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter, oil, garlic, cheese, parsley, chives, and red pepper flakes. Reserve one and a half tablespoons of this mixture for later.

Cut each biscuit into eights (so you'll end up with 64 pieces). Gently toss the pieces in the bowl with the garlic and herb mixture, until they are all coated. Put 5 to 6 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup; use your fingertip to press the last piece into the center of each.

Put the muffin tins into the oven. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with the remaining garlic and herb mixture. You can top with additional cheese, too, if you'd like. Serve warm!

Make these for your holiday dinner—or just any old night of the week. It doesn't have to be a special occasion: my son and his buddy had a bunch of these as an after-school snack! They're that easy and that relish. Don't forget to grab your $1 off Immaculate Baking coupon now!
