So once a week we'll do one run together and the other runs independently. Today As part of my 7 day challenge I mapped my run! Actually my walk. But it felt really good to see my route and distance. As for my own goals for the challenge, the one that's had the biggest impact is my rule to not go online after 9pm. I'm going to bed earlier and getting much more sleep.
